Irene or Rena (as she is known to family, friends and clients) was born in Nicosia, Cyprus. She studied at the English Studies Centre in London and at the Norwood Technical College.
She joined M&M in 1992 and, rising through the ranks as corporate administrator, she became Manager of our Corporate Services Department.
In her work, Rena deals with all aspects of corporate administration, as well as matters of Company Law and Practice in their day-to-day application to our clients’ affairs. She also handles all statutory, compliance and regulatory obligations relating to the Cypriot companies and foreign corporations represented by our Firm and on whose behalf we act.
